PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information in the workflow.

This notice describes how information is used in Torque Pro Enterprise’s current operational workflows. Contact us for the arrangements that apply to your organization or a specific privacy request.

Who to contact

Torque Pro Enterprise is developed by Timmie Hay Engineering Solutions. Contact support@torqueproenterprise.com with questions about the platform, information you supplied or a request concerning your account or records.

Information used

Account and company details can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, staff identifiers, company identity, membership, roles, locations and profile images.

Operational records can include equipment models and serials, registration and calibration dates, custody, tasks, calculations, inspections, photographs, signatures, service requests, certificates, authorization evidence and pilot review notes.

A demo request sends the contact, company, industry and message fields you provide to the request service so the team can respond. Do not include passwords or private authorization documents in that public form.

Why it is used

Information supports sign-in, company access, equipment management, field records, reporting, verification, servicing, notifications, onboarding and support. Diagnostic details supplied to support are used to investigate the reported issue.

Company administrators and users should enter only information needed for their work and ensure that documents, photographs and signatures are appropriate to share in that workflow.

Access and disclosures

Access depends on company membership, role and the equipment’s supplier or servicing relationship. Technical Support has authorized functions to assist with account and company workflows. Private provider evidence is restricted to the relevant company administrators and Technical Support review.

Hosted service providers process the information needed to operate the website, record/file services, demo request delivery and notifications. Report identifiers and QR links can expose matching verification details through the public verification flow.

Device storage and preferences

Android may keep local records and pending uploads on the device. The public website and signed-in workspace use their appearance preferences, and authenticated web access uses session mechanisms. Removing a local preference does not delete a company’s cloud records.

Retention and requests

Earlier work and equipment history can remain available to the company when a membership is closed or a tool changes custody. Some records are linked to reports, service history or verification references.

Contact support for access, correction, removal or handover requests. The applicable arrangement and the records involved need to be reviewed; this notice does not promise immediate erasure of all linked operational history or a universal retention period.
