ONBOARDING & SUPPORT

A planned start.
A measurable review.

Bring the right people, records and equipment into the workflow. Agree the delivery responsibilities and support arrangements for your company.

01

Agree the scope

Identify an owner and sponsor. Confirm the users, sites, equipment, represented customers, fees and pilot or subscription term in writing.

Output: an agreed scope and measurement plan.
02

Confirm company access

Create the correct industrial or provider identity. Set company administrators and member roles. Providers submit current brand authorization and location evidence for Technical Support review.

Output: an appropriate company workspace and role setup.
03

Prepare the equipment records

Check model names and unique serials. Record registration and calibration dates, certificates and custody. Distributor stock may hold an unknown calibration date; a valid expiry is required when supplying it to a customer.

Output: equipment records that your team has reviewed.
04

Train the working team

Plan administrator and field sessions around the agreed workflows: registration, calculations, inspections, tasks, reports and service follow-up. Confirm the training lead, date and completion in the pilot plan.

Output: recorded training and the team’s open questions.
05

Review actual progress

Measure stock reconciliation accuracy, equipment tracing time and calibration follow-up using a consistent method. Record weekly observations, decisions and next actions, then export the saved progress for sponsor review.

Output: an evidence-based decision on the next agreed phase.

SUPPORT THAT FITS THE AGREEMENT

A clear route when the team needs help.

Contact support with your company, device, time of the issue and exact message. For a record issue, include the relevant serial or report identifier. Technical Support can help investigate account and company workflows through authorized access. Provider authorization and sensitive changes remain subject to their existing checks.

Training sessions, support coverage and any response commitments must be confirmed in writing. The public site does not promise a response time or continuous availability.

Plan your first review.
