Torque Pro Enterprise is industrial torque calculation, tool fleet and calibration management software developed by Timmie Hay Engineering Solutions. It supports hydraulic and pneumatic torque tool workflows on Android and the web. It does not provide vehicle OBD-II diagnostics.
The app keeps work locally while offline and retries uploads when a connection is available. Open More → Sync Data to see the last sync time, review queued items, and start a manual sync. Keep the app installed and signed in until queued reports have uploaded.
Reports appear after their PDF has been generated and uploaded. In the web app, open Reports and select the report. If a report is missing, refresh the workspace and check the app’s Sync Data screen for pending uploads.
Scan the QR code on the PDF or enter its printed report identifier on the verification page. Job codes begin with TRP- and inspection codes begin with INSP-. A matching record shows the report’s company, date, outcome, and PDF link.
Company administrators can assign work from the web app’s Tasks page. Assigned members receive an app notification and can mark a task In progress or Completed. Refresh the workspace to review the current task state.
Use Fleet to search tools, review calibration expiry, and open tool details. Record inspection and calibration changes in the app so the history stays attached to the tool.
Web app access is for registered company accounts. Ask your company administrator to check your organization membership and role if sign-in fails. For a Technical Support account issue, contact info@torqueproenterprise.com.
Technical Support publishes notices for the app, web app, or website. Available notices appear on the system status page, alongside the latest reported service states.
Include your organization, device model, the time the issue occurred, and the exact error message. If it concerns a report, include its printed identifier so the team can investigate the matching record.
